Gas Station Stage 3 VRU System, professional supplier Luoyang Wohong Petrochemical Equipment
The Stage 3 VRU System is developed to manage tank breathing vapor emissions at filling stations. When tanker trucks unload gasoline into underground storage tanks, hydrocarbon vapors inside the tank are displaced and released. Uncontrolled vapor escape leads to fuel loss, air pollution and explosion risks. Traditional simple treatment devices cannot maintain stable recovery efficiency and struggle to satisfy updated environmental regulations for retail fuel sites.
This tertiary vapor recovery system adopts integrated physical separation technology. Oil-gas mixture from tank breathing lines is collected through closed piping and delivered to the pretreatment module to separate entrained liquid droplets and particulate impurities, safeguarding the core processing units. The vapor stream undergoes compression, condensation and fine separation in sequence. Most gasoline vapor turns into liquid fuel and returns to the storage tank. Remaining low-concentration vapor is further purified to ensure outlet gas complies with emission standards.
The system is supplied as a complete skid-mounted package. All assemblies are pre-assembled, pressure tested and fully commissioned in the factory. On-site work only includes connection of vapor pipelines, power supply and supporting utilities, which greatly reduces construction workload and project lead time. The whole set complies with petrochemical explosion-proof standards. It is fitted with real-time sensors for pressure, temperature and combustible gas, as well as interlock protection and emergency vent bypass to avoid overpressure and over-temperature hazards in hazardous areas. The PLC automatic control system adjusts operational parameters automatically according to changes in vapor flow and concentration, supporting unattended continuous operation.
As a professional supplier, Luoyang Wohong Petrochemical Equipment provides customized technical solutions based on station scale, fuel types and local emission codes. The full service scope contains site investigation, process calculation, equipment fabrication, factory acceptance test, on-site installation guidance, operational training and long-term spare parts support. The Stage 3 VRU System effectively reduces gasoline loss and controls VOCs discharge, suitable for both new gas station construction and old station upgrading and reconstruction projects.
