The Stage 3 oil gas recovery device is specially designed to handle tank breathing hydrocarbon vapors generated during fuel unloading at gas stations. When gasoline is delivered from tank trucks into underground storage tanks, a large volume of oil gas is squeezed out. Without effective recovery, these volatile vapors will result in fuel waste, atmospheric pollution and potential explosion hazards. Conventional recovery equipment often features low efficiency, unstable running status and high maintenance expense, which cannot meet increasingly stringent environmental requirements for filling stations.
This oil gas recovery unit adopts integrated physical treatment process. Oil gas from tank breathing pipelines is collected by closed piping and sent to the pretreatment module to remove entrained liquid droplets and impurities, protecting the core components from contamination and damage. The oil gas then goes through compression, condensation and fine separation. Most hydrocarbon vapors are condensed into liquid gasoline and recycled back to the storage tank. The residual low-concentration vapor will be further purified to guarantee that exhaust gas meets emission standards.
The whole device adopts skid-mounted integrated design. All components are pre-assembled, pressure tested and fully debugged inside the factory. On-site construction only needs to connect vapor pipelines, power supply and auxiliary utilities, which shortens construction cycles and cuts project costs. The equipment is manufactured following petrochemical explosion-proof standards. It is equipped with real-time monitoring sensors for pressure, temperature and combustible gas, along with interlock protection and emergency vent bypass to prevent overpressure and over-temperature risks in hazardous zones. The PLC automatic control system adjusts running parameters automatically according to fluctuations of gas flow and concentration to realize unattended continuous operation.
