Luoyang Vohon: Expanding Membrane Production for Vapor and VOCs Recovery
Luoyang Vohon Petrochemical Equipment Co., Ltd. continues to expand its production of gas separation membranes, the core component used in its service-station vapor recovery units and industrial VOCs recovery systems.
The company, established in 2017, operates from the Dongda Science and Technology Park in Luoyang, Henan Province. Its production facility covers more than 3,600 m² of workshop space on an 18-acre site, and the team numbers more than 150 people, including over 30 in research and development and more than 60 in sales and after-sales service. Warehouses are located in provinces across the country to support installation and service response.
Membrane production capacity
Membrane material production capacity is above 1.2 million m² per year, and more than 30,000 membrane modules are produced each year. The standard module (80 × 1050 mm) provides 6 m² of effective membrane area and is used in both the WHSH-M stage-3 vapor recovery units for service stations and the larger WHSH series industrial VOCs recovery systems.
The membranes are manufactured in-house, which gives the company direct control over quality and delivery. For customers, this means a stable supply of replacement modules and consistent performance across units.
Product range
The WHSH-M series serves petrol filling stations with a processing capacity of 4–20 m³/h, available in two configurations: an air-cooled plus membrane model (2.7 kW, ≤75 dB) and a membrane-only model (1.3 kW, ≤63 dB). For industrial applications, the WHSH series covers compressed-condensation and membrane separation systems for solvents, hydrocarbons and other VOCs, from small skids to large skid-mounted plants.
Service and support
VOHON units are designed for unattended automatic operation and are equipped with remote monitoring through WiFi/4G connectivity and a cloud platform. Environmental and operating data is recorded every 30 seconds, allowing the supplier and the customer to review performance remotely.
